Marley was wonderful! I had an emergency and she really helped me out. I had several issues with my extensions. She removed them and replaced my tapes with k-tips! She is very knowledgeable, experienced and did an amazing job! I love my hair! Thanks Marlee!

I had the BEST experience with Tahnee getting hair extensions today!! I was a little nervous going into it since I’d never had extensions before, but she made the entire process so comfortable and easy. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the extensions looked natural and felt right for me. She is so incredibly talented, professional, and so kind. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! From before even stepping foot inside, the customer service via Instagram was 10/10! I had 21 questions and needed guidance because all I knew is that I wanted to do a big chop and possible color. I’m a super low maintenance kinda woman, I’ve never colored my hair, but knew I was ready for a change. I haven’t had a bob since I was 10years old, and let’s just say that’s a long time ago! Amanda was nothing short of absolutely AMAZING. I’ve followed her hair career for ages as I knew her from school days. Marveled by her skillset and talent, I finally took the drive from Orlando to Lakeland and it was 100% worth it! I only did a cut for now, but after she consulted on color -as I knew nothing- I know what to do next when I’m ready! As a first timer, the building is beautiful with paintings on the exterior which made it easier to identify. You’re immediately welcomed by kind and caring staff. Then offered a complimentary drink and let me just say, the churro iced latte is it! From overall consultation to understand what I wanted versus what made sense for my hair type, to the wash and rinse in THE most comfortable wash sink I’ve ever sat at, to my very VIP feeling during a “double blow dry” just fantastic! I could go on and on and really. Just book it! That’s all you need to know. You will not regret it!

I normally see Hailey, who I just LOVE! But in her absence, Alex cut my hair. And after today, I’m convinced that it doesn’t matter who I go too at the salon…..it is guaranteed to be an incredible experience. (Not just a haircut, but an experience!). I also had my eyebrows shaped and left feeling like a queen!

I recently moved from Atlanta to Lakeland and I used to visit an Aveda salon in Atlanta. I am very particular about my hair and I was thrilled to find Greg at Venue salon. He listened very well and my hair turned out great from my first appointment, both haircut and highlights. He is a master at his craft and truly cares about educating you about the techniques he is using. I am so happy to have found Greg at Venue Salon.

Greg is absolutely wonderful. The service is always excellent, and my haircut is consistently great every single time. But what really sets the experience apart is the head massage and hot towels — they’re a true micro-moment of calm and presence for me. As a busy mom and CEO, I genuinely appreciate having that time to slow down and be taken care of. Highly recommend Greg for both skill and the overall experience.

Jackie is an incredibly talented makeup artist. Working with her for my wedding makeup was the best decision I could have made. I was looking for a soft, natural glam that accentuated existing features and could be picked up in professional photos. We did a makeup trial (suit photo) where she walked me through a few options for my look, and we played around with different palettes and styles. Jackie knows so much about skincare so she created a really healthy base under my primer, and helped me add a few steps to my daily routine that have already made a difference. She did makeup coverage down the neckline and chest so there was no gap in the look where my wedding dress met my skin. I absolutely love the little tweaks we made for the wedding day, I felt so good in my skin and got so many compliments on the look. Everything held up after many laughs and tears, I was so happy with it. Thank you, Jackie!!

My daughter raves about this amazing place! Her haircut suits her so well and the full color and peek-a-boo color, too. She always looks so joyful after leaving. I needed to share this because her confidence is better than before. I love seeing her this way. You all do such a special and important work. It’s not just hair.

I absolutely love The Venue Salon as well as my stylist Shelbi! The atmosphere, conversation and relaxed environment are top notch! If you have curly hair then Shelbi is your go to person! Not only does she make you feel amazing when you leave, she’s an absolute ray of sunshine during your whole haircare process! I love the fact that Shelbi talks through what her plans are and informs you of the all the natural products that she is using. I can’t say enough about the people and the salon. Once you go, I promise you will never want to go to another salon again.
